Payment:

At the end of the billing cycle, we will provide you with a superbill invoice that is to be paid within 7 days. Cash, check, or electronic transfers accepted at this time.

Insurance

Working with your Insurance Company:

In the world of behavioral therapy, it is very common to request reimbursement for services from your insurance company. We will absolutely work with you and your insurance company to provide all necessary paperwork and supporting documentation for you to request reimbursement. Each invoice is an “Insurance Ready” superbill, with all the supporting details to ensure you get reimbursed in a timely manner. If you’ve never requested behavioral therapy from your insurance company before and need assistance in doing so, a small one time admin fee will be applied to initially having to coordinate with your insurance company.
